Analysis of Customer´s Buying Behaviour

Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of customers behavior while buying smoked meat in a supermarket Albert and specialized shop Procházka. Thesis researches factors, which influence a consumer while shopping, we can find here importance - satisfaction matrix too. The results are supported by informations of conducted research, which was taken in both places by questionnaire. After assessment results are formulated draft recommendations as for the supermarket, so for the specialized shop. The first part contains theoretical sollutions to work. In the second part of the survey will process and analyze the data. In the last part I will suggest own solutions.

In the first part are theoretically defined basic terms related to the issue of customer, his behavior marketing and neuromarketing In the next sections is performed analysis, own experience with sales and its support. In conclusion, the facts and understanding of the customer are presented.

Title: Generation Z and sports brands Objectives: Main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out brand importance in decision-making process of generation Z living in capital city of Prague using group interviews. Methods: The qualitative method was used in the diploma via group interviews. Scenario of the group interviews was based on literature search. Audio record was taken during the interview which was used with notes to analyzing the data. Summary protocol method was used to rewrite data from audio record. Results: For generation Z living in the capital city of Prague, the brand plays its role in the buying decision-making process in all its phases in the purchase of sporting goods. Generation Z living in capital city of Prague got good relationship with sporting brands. They are willing to pay more money for branded goods and they are loyal to brands. Factors Influencing the Purchasing Behavior of Consumers

The thesis is focused on the analysis of individual factors that influence purchase behaviour of the consumer. The work will also evaluate effectiveness of marketing tricks used in a selected commercial chain and evaluate the aggressiveness of marketing practices from the perspective of shoppers. The aim of work is to propose recommendation of communication within the distribution channels.
The purchasing behavior of customers of consumer cooperative COOP Hlinsko

This bachelor thesis focuses on the purchasing behavior of costomers in the retail chain COOP Hlinsko. The thesis is divided into three parts - first chapter is theoretical and the second and the third are practical. The theoretical part deals with these terms: purchasing behaviour, approaches to consumer behaviour, purchasing decision process and its parts. The next part of this chapter covers marketing research and methods, which are used during this research. Second chapter aims at retail chain COOP, consumer cooperative COOP Hlinsko, private labels typical for COOP, extra services provided at the store and then it characterises researched store COOP Diskont. Practical part evaluates and interprets results of survey, which took place at mentioned store. In this chapter characteristic features of customers of the selected store and other key aspects relevant to the seller are being evaluated. These aspects are being represented for example by reason for purchase, money spent, participation in loyalty programs and customers' views on the services offered.

The bachelor thesis is concerned with research of shopping and consumer customs associated with purchasing clothes. The aim of the thesis is to uncover consumer behavior of shoppers while selecting clothes. The work is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The former is focused on consumer behaviour, factors influencing this behaviour and buyer´s decision-making process. It also includes information on clothing industry and fashion. The latter includes analysis of secondary data MML-TGI provided by Median agency, personal interviews with Kateřina Bahnová, a fashion stylist, and Martina Drtinová, a fashion and lifestyle specialist from Gfk. The conclusion of thesis contains a summery of findings received from data analysis and from personal interviews.

Buying decision process in the market of mobile phones

The goal of the master's thesis is to analyse the buying decision process in the market of mobile phones and determine the phases of the buying decision process focusing on individuals in the Czech and Slovak markets. In the theoretical part the thesis focuses on different views on the buying decision process and presenting the factors that affect the process of decision making. In the practical part the greatest attention is dedicated to the research of the consumer buying decision process in the market of mobile phones based on data from MML - TGI and a questionnaire survey. The analysis realized on the basis of Microsoft Excel tables and charts. In the conclusion of the thesis the obtained results are summarized with focus on the phases of the buying decision process and its factors in the market of mobile phones and marketing suggestions.
Consumer Behaviour in the Market of Coffee in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the consumers´ behavior when buying coffee in the Czech Republic. The aim is to evaluate the factors, which influence the consumer's decision to purchase and consume coffee. The theoretical part explains terms: consumer, consumer behavior, decision-making process, the role of consumer shopping and marketing research. The practical part includes information about the coffee market from the perspective of cultivation, consumption, export and import of coffee into the Czech Republic. It also discusses the market share of coffee corporations, identifies the major coffee chains operating in the coffee market in the Czech Republic and informs about the impact of coffee consumption on the human body. The part of the work is survey research, whereby are determined the addictions, which are exploring mutual value of the selected factors. In the final part of the thesis summarizes the results of which form the basis for the proposals and recommendations of the manufacturer and suggestions for the improvement of marketing communications. The result of this thesis is to create a model of consumer behavior when buying coffee in the Czech Republic.
